6-Week Yoga & Stretch Support Programs - NDIS

Helen has been a yogi since 2010 and became qualified as a teacher in 2019 with Yoga Beyond.

In Yoga, the body, breath, and mind are seen as a union of these multi-dimensional aspects of each and every human being. It is a system that is designed to cultivate health and happiness, and a greater sense of self-awareness and higher consciousness.

Yoga cultivates health and well-being (physical, emotional, mental, and social) through the regular practice of a range of many different techniques, including postures and movement, breath awareness and breathing exercises, relaxation, and concentration, self-inquiry, and meditation.

A common yoga class typically includes:

  • An introduction, possibly including some breathing exercises and/or relaxation
  • A Physical warm-up
  • Yoga postures, movements, and stretches
  • Relaxation and/or meditation

Yoga sessions are via zoom (Aust Wide) or at a

location of your choice includes 1-1 & group sessions

(travel over 20km will incur a fee) Western Sydney, Central Coast & Melbourne
