How does Time Line Therapy® Work?

We use Time Line Therapy® to help our clients release negative emotions connected to past events. These negative emotions keep you stuck and unable to move forward.

This means that when a thought comes up in relation to a past event you still get caught up emotionally in the event. You may feel Anger, Sadness, Fear, Hurt, and Guilt (these are the big 5) however emotions such as shame, abandonment, or even frustration could also be present.

The problem, withholding these emotions can be emotionally crippling for some. So much so that it prevents you from living your best life. Unable to trust, forgive, or even have quality relationships.

Time Line Therapy allows the client to release the negative emotions but also gather valuable learnings to assist the letting go process.

Imagine what it would be like to be free from these emotions.

Imagine what it would be like to think about an event that made to feel so angry or sad and then by doing this process the anger and sadness just disappeared.

This modality is so effective that our clients have questioned their emotions and said, “I can`t believe I was so angry about that.” “I can`t even feel sad now when I think about that event.”
